Before your appointment, if you would like an exact quote, I would love to schedule a complimentary consultation with you. This way, we can work together to create a personalised plan that meets your hair goals and needs. We can then provide an exact quote for your service, ensuring you're completely satisfied with your experience.

To preserve the reliability of our bookings, protect the financial stability of Boujee Blondes, and provide a soothing environment for each client, we have introduced the following measures.

These policies are designed to maintain the high standards of our salon and ensure a calming experience for every client.

  1. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, Boujee Blondes provides a text confirmation of your appointment. You'll receive a reminder 3 days prior to your scheduled time along with a form to complete. Please note that our automated system is designed to receive only "YES" or "NO" responses, and not personal messages.

    Please be aware that failure to attend your appointment or last-minute cancellations (made within 48 hours of the scheduled time) will incur a 50% fee or 100% for no show appointments.

  2. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we're happy to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible. However, please note that our schedule is tightly booked and we operate on a timely basis. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If your arrival is delayed by 15 minutes or more, we may need to adjust your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients' schedules. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply

  3. We understand that changes can occur, and we're happy to accommodate them. However, please note that we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your booking. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and ensure that all clients receive the service they deserve. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any potential cancellation fees

  4. Should you encounter an issue with your service, we're committed to resolving the problem promptly. Within 1 week of reporting the issue, we'll work with you to find a solution or replace the product at no additional charge. Please note that, in accordance with the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any issues with your service must be reported within 1 week of the original service date. You can report any issues by phone call or in person

  5. Please note that, due to Queensland's strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, we require children under the age of 18 who are not receiving a service to remain seated and supervised at all times while on the salon premises. This is to ensure their safety and well-being, as we use hazardous chemicals, sharp objects, and hot tools in our work. Your child's safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping them seated and secure during their visit

  6. We strive to maintain a calm and peaceful environment in the salon. To ensure this, we kindly ask that all clients refrain from loud or disruptive behaviour, and that children are kept under control and not allowed to run freely around the space. This is to respect not only our other clients but our fellow freelancers. As a shared space, we want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, and that each client feels comfortable and relaxed. If we find that your behavior is disturbing the peace or disrupting our operations, we may need to ask you to leave the premises. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, as we want to maintain a warm and welcoming space for all clients.

  7. Please note that blow-dry is only included in foiling packages unless stated. If you choose not to have a blow-dry, we recommend adding this service as it can enhance your color treatment's finish. Without a blow-dry, you won't be entitled to a re-do of your color treatment as we won't have seen the final result

    We may use our discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.
